Fixture Pouring Compound (Liquid Urethane)
This flexible, fixture pouring compound is used in welding applications where parts must be blemish-free. Use to mold contoured parts where a flat fixture is impractical. (Compound is not recommended for staking applications)

SUPPLIES FOR INJECTION MOLDING
Weldable Mold Release
This non-silicone mold release is excellent for parts that are going to be ultrasonically welded. Other mold release residues result in poor ultrasonic welds. This mold release works with most plastics.

Mold Release Cleaner

Broken Stud Extractor
The DRILL-OUT broken stud extractor is a fast, easy way to remove broken studs in horns, boosters or convertors without damaging the threads. The three-piece set can remove studs from 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm).

Silicone Grease
Use this grease to prevent galling and improve interface contact between the ultrasonic horn and booster.

Moly Assembly Lubricant
When applied before tightening, this lubricant prevents studs in aluminum or titanium horns from galling, binding or freezing. It is also used to lubricate fixture mounting screws or sliding fixtures.

Step Studs
Custom-made, stainless steel step studs, with allen wrench sockets on both ends, are used to adapt different sized threads on horns and boosters. They can extend the life of the horn when retapping the stud hole becomes necessary.
