ROTARY TABLES
Pneumatic Rotary Table
The Two-Station pneumatic Rotary Table,
made to fit the thermal assembly units can significantly reduce cycle
times. The table automatically rotates 180 degrees each time the palm
buttons are pressed, bringing the opposite nest under the head. Once the
thermal
head comes down, the operator can release the palm buttons, remove the
finished part and load a new part while assembly is taking place. The
rotary table can achieve speeds almost equal to 4, 6 or 8 station dial
tables, yet with only two nests required, it is more economical to tool.

This rotary table is considered a custom option and should be ordered at the time that you purchase your thermal machine. The shot pin locator and the two nests required for operation are not included but can be quoted separately. Installation on an existing thermal unit can also be quoted separately.
SPECIAL OPTIONS
- Circular table tops allow mounting of two nest sets for quick tooling changes between similar parts. Unbolt table top, rotate to new nest set, bolt and begin.

Pneumatic Rotary Table

Manual Rotary Table
The Manual Rotary Table, made to fit the
thermal assembly units is an economical solution to reducing cycle times.
The table manually rotates 180 degrees each time the operator rotates
the handle, bringing the opposite nest under the head. Once the thermal
head comes down, the operator can release the palm buttons, remove the
finished part and load a new part while assembly is taking place.
This rotary table is considered a custom option and should be ordered at the time that you purchase your thermal machine.
