Thermal Probes
The body of Toman's Thermal Probes are made of nickel-plated steel with mounting hole slots for radial adjustment. They have a 1/4-28 tapped hole on the end for easy tip installation. The heater has an internal J-type thermocouple and is brazed to the probe body for a secure assembly. It comes complete with a 4' or 6' shielded cable & connector, in either 110 or 220 volts, 340 watts.

Space-Saver Probes
Our space-saver Thermal Probes can stake posts or insert parts positioned as close as .8" apart – almost an inch closer than our standard probes which require 1.75" between posts. They also have a 1/4-20 tapped hole on top for easy connection to your custom mount or our Space-Saver Mount. It comes complete with a 4' or 6' shielded cable & connector, in either 110 or 220 volts, 340 watts.

Our insulated probes may be the answer to your thermal assembly application. The non-aspestos insulating material retains the probes heat, reducing heat recovery time and heat loss.

Two Probe Adapter Plug
This adapter converts a single zone machine into a two zone thermal machine within the same amperage range. This adapter can save the cost of building a two-zone system for many assembly applications.
