HOLD DOWN PLUNGERS
The spring-loaded Hold Down Plunger keeps the parts securely in place during staking operations. This reduces motion and play during the assembly process, which results in a tighter finished part. The plunger contacts the part just before the thermal tip hits, and the plunger stays in contact with the part until just after the tip releases.
