2020 VISION Series

These heat staking systems are advanced STATE-OF-THE-ART “SMART” Systems. The brain of these intelligent systems is an Embedded Microprocessor. This pneumatically-operated bench-top system’s Standard “Smart” Features Include: 3–Post/In-Cycle Cool modes; 2 Parts Counters; 1 resetable and 1 lifetime; Program Memory for up to 5-different setup parameters and Maintenance Screen. The systems Plug and Play intelligence allows for Instant change of machine operation between: Basic Machine Operation and Optional Slide Table and Our Standard 2 position Rotary Table. The Maintenance Screen allows for easy troubleshooting of system operation. This feature shows the status of the inputs and outputs of the Embedded Microprocessor. The adjustable Head Height includes a pair of column clamp handles and a counter balance spring, which make the head both light and easy to move.
